Eligibility for SOA CET 2025 Application Form

To apply for SOA CET 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as per AICTE norms:

For Aeronautical Engineering & Integrated Program (B.Tech Aeronautical + AME):

• Must have passed 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
• Diploma holders (3 years) in Engineering are also eligible for lateral entry.
• Candidates who appeared in 10+2 (Science) exams can also apply.

For Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME):

• Must have passed 10+2 (Science) with PCM or equivalent.
• Diploma holders (3 years) in Engineering can also apply.
• Candidates who appeared in 10+2 (Science) exams are eligible.

Scholarships: Up to 40% per semester based on 12th PCM percentage and other categories.
